Living Willow

Willow is a wonderfull and flexible natural material. It has been used in Britain for thousands of years and aided early settlers in channelling water systems in to England, as deposits have been found. It is still used as such and is known as 'spillings' where bundles are placed around river edges to prevent erosion and is more sympathetic to the wildlife as they can get in and out.

Other than 'spillings', we use Living willow to create structures. They can be in the form of bowers, tunnels, classrooms, domes, event spaces and arches. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Willow is also know also for its medicinal benefits. All willow used is Engish, often local and supports various habitats
